When it comes to getting healthy bones, calcium and vitamin d come into play. Calcium supports your bone and teeth structure and vitamin d improves calcium absorption and bone growth.

Here is a list of foods that will help your bones growth:

Yogurt-  yogurt is filled with vitamin d and while not only giving your bones a helping hand, it can give your stomach a helping hand to get smaller.

Milk- 8oz of milk everyday will provide you 30% of your daily dose of calcium

Cheese-  1.5 ounces of cheese will also give you 30% of your daily value of calcium

Sardines- A whole package of calcium and vitamin d.

Eggs- They only contain 6 percent of your daily vitamin d but they are a quick and easy way to get it.

Salmon- 3 ounce piece of salmon will give you 100% percent of your daily need of vitamin d. Salmon is also great for your heart.

Spinach- Once cup of cooked spinach contains almost 25% of the daily calcium, plus fiber, iron, and vitamin a needed

Fortified cereal- total whole grain and wheat’s contain up to 25% of your daily needed

Tuna- Great source of vitamin d. Three ounces of canned tuna contains 39% of your daily needed dose of sunshine vitamin

It is important to give your bones as much supplements and healthy foods as possible because it has a tremendous effect of the growth of the bone and the density of the bone.

Manager

Texas Parks and Wildlife Association

4100 S Medford Dr, Lufkin, TX 75901

Dear manager,

I have always wanted to be a game warden my whole life. So when I found your job at the Texas Parks and Wildlife association I was real excited and hoped I would get the job because that is my dream job.

Dealing anything with fishing and hunting I love and I knew this would be a great opportunity to start my life. I am a freshman in high school and already have a lot of expieeience hunting and fishing and the laws of hunting and fishing.

I would love to speak to you about being a game warden because that I what I really want to do. I would love to build memories and life lessons there and I think you should think about hiring me.

O ME! O LIfe!

O Me! O Life!
BY WALT WHITMAN
Oh me! Oh life! of the questions of these recurring,
Of the endless trains of the faithless, of cities fill’d with the foolish,
Of myself forever reproaching myself, (for who more foolish than I, and who more faithless?)
Of eyes that vainly crave the light, of the objects mean, of the struggle ever renew’d,
Of the poor results of all, of the plodding and sordid crowds I see around me,
Of the empty and useless years of the rest, with the rest me intertwined,
The question, O me! so sad, recurring—What good amid these, O me, O life?

I think that Walt Whitman went deep in this poem mainly because the poem talks about life itself, but I think while he writes it, he finds out why he is here on Earth. Toward the end of the poem, he asks the reader if they have found out why they are here. That’s where I gain interest in the poem because it leaves the reader thinking about why they are here on Earth.

Blurriness

To be able to see is the most graceful thing that God gave you. That’s how you read, and write. To not be able to see is like just plain not having eyes at all. Imagine not to see your sisters, brothers, mom, and your dad.
You have to walk with a cane, and also if you’re blind you would walk real slow and your feet would drag.

I have a sister that can not see. Last year she had her eyes fixed to where she could see a much more better. Still I think, “I wish it would have been me.” I don’t know if she knows what I look like. As I write this, I think when she gets to Heaven it will be the most wonderful thing that has happened to her.
